Formalities of Life !

  1. Formalities plays an important part in our Life and Economy.
  2. It is mainly based on Emotional attachments than on the Logical Reasoning.
  3. Formalities can be best understood by the statement, "to complicate simple case, so that many gets income opportunity or to pull more money from a customer".
  4. Having some natural resources, and development of a control system to consume that resources in sustainable manner, leads to the development of several formalities.
  5. With time & situation, natural resources change, and old formalities should also keep on changing. Like Diwali is said to have started in the time of Ramayan, and Holi from the time of Puranas. In modern time, I don't find these festivals to have any relevance, but these are continuing due to socio-political reasons, but is not supported by the environmental reasons.
  6. Formalities makes our Religion, Culture, Caste, Language, Country, Traditions, structures like Temple, Mosque, Gurudwara, Church, Political structures & Symbols, Fashion & Uniform, Flag, Brand and other intangible assets, etc.
  7. It makes our Lifestyle and Food habits.
  8. Our many Festivals and Celebrations are nothing but some Formality ! These were formed to unite the people towards a common goal.
  9. Best example of some formality, is marriage rituals & party. In real sense marriage is just union of two body to form a synergistic relations and/or offspring. Similarly on death of a person, there are many formalities like mourning, community feast, etc. Decisions taken to satisfy pride and pamper.
  10. In business like Army/Security, formalities between Senior and Juniors are important.
  11. Formalities can cause Pollution and harm to the Environment. Examples are, lights and crackers on Diwali, Animal sacrifice for festivals like Bakarid and at some temple offerings, Chemical colours on Holi, Holika-dahan, Burning of Ravan effigy on Dussehra, Jallikattu, Halloween festival, Loud Sound DJ & Orchestra, War, Arm-race, Hunting for pleasure, Food wastage, Dumping & Landfill, etc.
  12. Delays in Government & legal services, is also an example of formalities to pull more money from the customers.
  13. In some Hospitals, unnecessary forced spending on testing, operations,  etc. with objective to add revenue to the hospital than to help the patient, is a formality.
  14. In some education, many spending on coaching, exams, textbooks, etc. are for economic formality than to make the student educated.
  15. In some business, many seller put attractive packing, and labels, but doesn't provide quality/genuine product, this Cheating is also an economic formality.
  16. Formality also helps to create music, art and other entertainment, amusement based economy.
  17. In systems of high formalities, cost increases and efficiency decreases. Customers satisfaction also decrease. This may lead to unrest. Under competitive pressure from other Systems, its competitive edge will decline.
  18. Non Formal or Reasoning based Life: Scientists, Reformers, Critics, etc. try to form a life & education free from formalities, but since they too have to depend on the economy of there country, and they cannot answer many mysteries of Nature & Destiny, they cannot fully get out from there existing formalities. Examples: Einstein's spooky action at a Distance‘God does not play dice’
  19. Formality free pure life is also a move towards Vairagya ! कसमें वादे प्यार वफ़ा सब बातें हैं बातों का क्या कोई किसी का नहीं ये झूठे नाते हैं नातों का क्या

Support and Resistance

  1. Activity report/Accounts/Balance-Sheet can be prepared for both a life and the business.
  2. A Life or a Business is a game of many Supports and Resistances.
  3. In a vibrant life/business, today's Resistance becomes tomorrow's Support. Time and situations decides our freind's and foe. Today's freind can be tomorrow's foe or vice-versa.
  4. Increasing Supports show Progress, while deceasing Support show downfall.
  5. An active life/business keeps on trying to win over its adversaries and tough situations, making a continuous progress.
  6. We need to be of Steady intellect (स्थितप्रज्ञ) to successfully progress ahead.
  7. Proper planning ensures continuity to the heritage/business even after the Master/owner/director's death.

God - The super intelligent Life!

  1. दीन सबन को लखत है, दीनहिं लखै न कोय। जो रहीम दिनहिं लखै, दीनबंधु सम होय।।
  2. At present, among many different species of life on the planet Earth, Humans are the most intelligent! So after success in the space colony (International Space Station, Chinese Space Station), they are trying to establish colonies beyond the Gravitational-Well of the Planet Earth!  Say Lunar, Mars, etc. In these colonies they will include only those species of our planet, that helps them to survive and progress. So Humans have become Gods for many species of planet earth, whom they grow/exploit for there living.
  3. So the Gods, to whom the Humans have faith and to whom they worship, should be more intelligent then them. A Super Intelligent Life for the Humans!
  4. Different Risks and Uncertainties of the Life, and the Human's emotional feelings/bondages will make them to have there presence even in the future colonies beyond the planet Earth's Gravitationl-Well!

Rich and Poor

  2. Rich and Poor are Relative Terms. Forbes may list some top rich people on there website/magzine, but they may not be a Functional Rich for me or some one else in the poor world.
  3. A beggar on road, if becomes customer of a tea vendor, hotel, then he/she will be the functional rich for the Vendor, then the person with fat salary and bank balance.
  4. In a family the earning incomer who bears the day to day costs, is the Functional Rich man, while not some one else.
  5. In same way, a business has investors and customers that become part of the Revenue Centre and they gets the Commanding position. While the Cost Centres works as supportive team of the Revenue Centre and they are on the risks to get Fired or act as a slave.
  6. In a healthy society, gaps between rich and poor is very narrow while in a Greedy and unhealthy society the gaps are wide.
  7. Money alone cannot make some one Rich. Good wisdom is also very important.
  8. Cash in hand is easily deliverble then the cash in bank. Many times when the debit or credit card of a person with good bank balance, doesn't works, he/she has to act like a beggar.
  9. Tax payers and Domestic-International customers and Investors, Farm and Factory producers are the Revenue centre of a Country.
  10. Country is like a Bus and the Administrator like the Driver. A good skilled driver and the bus in the proper working condition with enough fuel, makes the purposeful journey.
  11. Elections may change the Driver, but the Bus remains the same. So elections often act as the Cost Centre.
  12. Clever and Intelligent people lived good life even during the Mughal and British period of India's administration. Size of the Independent India, got reduced from what it was under the British rule. Then War with Pakistan and China further reduced its Size. India has progressed a lot under different political regimes. The current administration is driving the train, built by the britishers, but with reduced bogie and increased passengers. Costly elections changes the drivers, but not the condition of the train.
  13. Holistic economic policies, easy financial inclusions and cutting the Costs in administrations and bureaucracy will help every one.

  2. Some traps are very pleasant/high fortune while some are very unpleasant/low fortune.
  3. Humans with there power of intelligence are able to build a favourable traps for themselves.
  4. With varying levels of intelligence in the Humans, some create selfish favourable traps, while some remains in the unfavourable traps for a long time.
  5. With proper healthy life & nutrition, knowledge and intelligence, purchasing powers, proper accounting & budgeting, Plannings and executings the plans at the proper times, helps people to move towards the pleasant traps.
  6. Divine and the Administrative legal supports, too helps to enjoy a better fortune.
  7. Death helps to get out of the trap of Life! People in dirty/torturous life, desires death! While those in the traps of happiness, desires prolonged life (महामृत्युंजयमंत्र)!
  8. Positive contacts and environments helps to get out of the Negative ones. (ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय  तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय।मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय।ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः॥)
  9. The Theories of Karma is also based on it.
  10. In traps like prisons/hijacks, bail-out money & army intervention, helps to get "freedom".
  11. In traps like diseases, better nutrition and medication along with necessary surgeries, helps to get out of it.
